This is my favorite  pineapple tart that I sure will make for each Chinese New Year! Love the pineapple jam prepared by myself as I can control it sweetness and it is 100% pure.

Below is the thicker version. But personally I like the thinner version as the aroma of the almond is better compare to the thinker one.
