"Healthy Xiao Pai Cai With Oyster Sauce 蚝油小白菜"


Almost zero oil dish!  Lightly boiled the vegetables and drain dry. Arrange the Vegetable on the plate and put in the oyster sauce and fried garlic. Ready to served.

这道是无油青菜,除了蒜米有炒过油巴了。川烫小白菜后,滤干,摆在盘上。淋上少许蚝油,撒上些炒蒜米即可。
